Alijah Mohd Nor is a Certified Professional Trainer with HRDCorp & a Qualified Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK) with a background in Human Sciences from UKM and Training & Development from KDU. She has over twenty – nine (29) years of experience in management, quality, & marketing strategy and has conducted numerous in-house and public training programs for government agencies, statutory bodies, & private organizations. Hundreds of thousands of participants have gained knowledge & benefited from her contributions to learning. Numerous agencies have benefited from her expertise, including those in the manufacturing industry, commerce, higher education institutions, the healthcare sector, & many more. Additionally, she has been appointed as an Associate Consultant for several consulting firms, including the Netherlands Maritime Institute of Technology (NMIT) and NTP World Forum Sdn Bhd, and has served as a freelance speaker for INTAN.
Qush Mohammed
Qush Mohammed’s expertise in Learning & Development was cultivated during his impactful tenure as Human Resources Manager at Bank Negara Malaysia, where he was entrusted with designing and delivering highlevel training modules. His key contributions included the development of programmes such as BNM Brand Ambassadors, Professional Master of Ceremony, and Professional Liaison Officer training, each aimed at enhancing organizational representation and professional communication. He graduated from Bachelor of Business Admistration at Multimedia University Malaysia.
